On our way to Baltimore. Getting late.

Our room was acceptabley clean and comfortable. We came off Rt 95 without reservations a little later in the day, so we were glad they had a room that would accept our caged small bird. There were free light breakfast items.

Stay Away!

What a nightmare! After a very long drive during a nasty heat wave, I showed up with a reservation, expecting all to go smoothly. I've got a very sweet Labradoodle. When we entered the lobby, the gal behind the desk explained that dogs aren't allowed in the lobby. I explained I was traveling alone, and wasn't thrilled with keeping my dog outside in the heat. She reluctantly agreed. Then the nasty witch named Constance told me to immediately remove my dog. How can they claim to be pet-friendly, when they don't allow dogs in the lobby during check-in? After waiting outside for 10 minutes, while they checked me in, I reluctantly entered the vestibule area, to find out what was going on. Constance again came at me, demanding I take the dog outside. When I told her I would be happy to get a refund and then find another hotel, she gladly agreed. STAY AWAY FROM RED ROOF INN! I found a lovely Motel 6 just down the road. The folks there couldn't have been any nicer. I'll be making the trip between FL and NY frequently, and Motel 6 in Fayetteville will be my resting stop from now on.

Cleanest hotel I stayed at in June

I frequently travel during the summer months and usually stay at Red Roof because it is pet friendly. Out of 4 nights at various Red Roof Inns this month, this was the cleanest, and the desk clerk, Constance was the epitome of professionalism. Not only was she efficient, she was also the only clerk to offer the water that all Redi-Card members are supposed to receive. From the front of the house to the in-room experience, this hotel is great!

Not worth the price

I stayed there last night. I wanted to turn away after seeing multiple gigantic roaches crawling up the building, but my husband had already paid for our room & was super tired. Monster roaches. I woke up and saw a smaller dead roach lying on the floor in our room. I’m so glad I didn’t bring very many of my belongings into the room. I do not want any bugs brought home with me! Ugh. I plan to keep my belongings in my car for a few days before unloading inside my home just in case. There were some obnoxiously loud people hanging outside the motel late at night. Other than that, it’s just your standard run down motel room. Definitely not worth the price. The only plus is that pets can stay here.

Not Impressed

We stay at many Red Roof Inns because of there free pretty policy but this place needs help. We arrived to find a spider on one of the queen beds. We had booked a handicap room so there was no carpet but the flooring was not clean. Behind the door was also full of bugs. If that wasn't enough the bathroom floor was full of hair and the shower had not been cleaned. When we opened the fridge it was warm,we assumed it may have just been plugged in, since the air conditioner was off as well. But that wasn't the case, it did not work either. Yes pets stay free, but its not worth the stay. I would choose another hotel !!
