I stayed there for one day and it was disgusting. They bed sheets were stained and not clean, and so were the towels and wash cloths. The bed and dresser drawers had marijuana residue in them. They do not clean the rooms at all. To top it off I had Bed Bugs in my bed. I have the videos of that and the pictures. The hotel will deny it and act like they dont exist. I told the person at the front desk she said do you want to check out cause the manager is not here. She really didnt care and if the manager is not there the other workers are useless and will not accommodate you. She said she will leave a note. The manager Derrick was worse did not care and denied everything and said he will get back when he calls an exterminator. It was room 309 NEVER NEVER Stay here its nasty. I am going to upload the videos and pictures for everyone to see.

One of the Worst Hotels ever
February 14, 2020

I should have listen to the bad reviews there are so true! The good ones must be paid for. Also I see where the hotel tries to debunk all claims of it being horrible. But believe the customer 99% of the time because this hotel is more for those who try to live here on a cheap rate, versus those who stay for a couple of nights. Hotel is not clean and old smelling in the hallways. Area is not safe looking and Staff is not courteous which makes the hotel not worth staying at.

Bug City!!

Do not stay here, this place is infested with bed bugs, seems the reviews from years ago aren’t any different than now.....After working night shift and only sleeping an hour , woke up with 10 bites. This place is horrible!!!

Very disappointed

Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Beds are very hard, pillows are flat as a pancake. The 2nd night the guest in the room beside us had a dog and he barked all night. At 1230 am I went to the front desk to complain and I was first told there was no dogs on the 2nd floor. I assured her there was. I even had the video on my phone as proof. She said she would check on it but she was not sure she could do anything. Also at 3am some guest stood in the hall talking very loud for 30 min.

Details, details, details!

We arrived in town for a family visit a few hours early and stopped to see about checking in. The front desk staff seemed accommodating until the very last minute when she said it was a $25 early check in fee for the $90 room. We passed. Came back a few hours later to check in and as we rode to the 4th floor, I was disgusted at the level of yuck and dirt on the floor and walls. It’s an elevator, so I let it go. The room. Tiny closet with a pocket door for a bathroom, bed with the hardest mattress I’ve seen, microwave precariously stacked on top of a refrigerator, tv, desk and couch. The AC unit was held up by a wooden block. The restroom- small, very small. It was clean with extremely noticeable rust and dirt in the shower door. The toilet didn’t flush so we went to the front desk to see what could be done. I was a little annoyed that her first comment was we can’t get a plumber here today. Only after calling who was either the manager or the owner and relaying what my husband said was broken did the person on the phone decide to come look. We were told he may not be able to fix it. We went to dinner and came back and it was repaired. That was basically the best part of the trip. Sink outside the bathroom had a broken plug. Not a ridiculously big deal. I went to get ice from apparently the only ice machine in the building and it’s sitting right next to a bin with a bunch of plants. Seems sanitary. I was not a fan of the curtains that flooded light into the room from the sides all night. Pic was from 245 am. Let’s talk about plugs. Why are there no plugs or USB plugs by the bed or on the table lamp? There was an extension cord taped/glued to one of the nightstands. Woke up at 615 to loud conversations in the hallway outside our door. I decided to use the coffee pot provided and poured in a cup of water and turned it on. It then made a FULL pot of coffee that I did not drink. How long was that water in there!? It was not a bad room, just dated and not really worth $90.
