Great staff and easy place to stay!
Great sized room for the price! It was clean, quiet and easy to find. Parking is across the street so that's a bit of an inconvenience but the night front desk staff, Stephanie, made up for that, she was amazing! She was helpful, kind and professional...I'd stay there again!!!
Great service
In Columbus for volleyball tournament. Service at Red Roof was great. Robert at the front desk helped us move to a quieter room and his staff even brought items we forgot up to our new room. Very helpful and professional.

My boyfriend and I came down to Columbus to see the Bruins and Blue Jackets game thursday and we had such a great time!!We loved our stay at Red Roof Plus Downtown. It was right down the street from the arena and the rooms were very nice, far exceeding my expectations. The staff there was absolutely amazing! We had a great time joshing around with the three desk clerks that night about the game! It was fun. I'm putting the young man behind the desk Robert out there for he checked us in and then proceeded to tease us about our Bruins uniforms. We had a blast teasing him back when we got back from the game after we won! Couldn't ask for better service. He was very nice, charming and made us feel very welcome even if we were Bruins fans.Hahaha The gentleman and young lady were very nice too! Sorry I didn't get there names. Maybe we will see you guys again next year!!!
Fabulous customer service
Convenient location for my girls volley ball. Great pricing for downtown Columbus. Breakfast was adequate. The rooms are very nice for a RedRoof. Guess that's why it's a RedRoof Plus. But honestly what stands out the most was the service. The staff was amazing. The desk clerk Robert was so nice and jovial and so sweet to my girls. We must have had that poor man running up to our room with towels, soap and other stuff so many times, But never lost his smile and warm attitude. The other man working with him was very nice also. All in all great stay and would definitely recommend to friends.
Robert was so helpful
This was our first stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus downtown. It's a no frills hotel with microwaves and fridges in every room which is nice. However Robert at the front desk was absolutely friendly and helpful right from our check in. He was accommodating to us with a room switch situation (we were going to have to be right by the lobby and he fixed that for us) then he aided us in a closer parking spot as it was late and I was there just with my daughter, THEN the next day when we realized we had left our jewelry in the hotel room he went out of his way to help us to find a way to get our jewelry back. He honestly went above and beyond many times in our first trip there when he wouldn't have had to. Thanks Robert!
