Pros: Location to highway and shopping is a plus. One front desk lady was nice. She did her best to quickly resolve our following issue with room. Rooms look like recently been remodeled. Room had microwave, nice newer tv, refrigerator and coffee maker. Cons: BED BUGS in the first room they tried to put us in. Room 160! When we called front desk they immediately gave us a new room. Yes, we did tell the front desk on phone that the room 160 did indeed show signs of BED BUGS. When we got to the lobby we kept it quiet for sake of entire hotel. Hotel is full for softball tournaments. When we went to check the new room is was very nice. No signs of BED BUGS like the other room. We left our new room to go get in our car we noticed the cleaning staff was ONLY REMAKING THE BED! I knocked and went in and showed them where the BED BUGS were. She looked stumped ans said that there would be blood on bed if that's the case. I then lifted bed myself and pointed exactly where they were located on the bed. She then started picking them off one by one and said she saw nothing. Fast forward to the next morning. Tv in our new room did not work. Kept giving an error code. Tried to call front desk and guess what...our phone did not work! I made sure it was plugged in, it was. So i went to front desk and told the lady that the tv didn't work. She told me the box needed reset. I told her about phone. She replied she knew most of the phones didn't work. She also said it was from lightning two weeks prior. After allnis said and done and me complaining they gave us a 10% discount. That does not change my mind about my review. Again like all of MY other reviews this is MY opinion of this location. This was absolutely the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. There was food, food wrappers, trash, clothes and unidentifiable things at the head of the bed on the floor. The room smelled horrible. The pillow cases and sheets were a dingy yellow. The bed was broke down in the middle. I will never stay there again and will encourage others not to as well.

This is a large, two storey, double wide, building, with drive up to ground floors, and balcony walks on the second floor. It is located not far off the Interstate, and there is plenty of parking.The grounds have mature trees, and bushes, in the beds surrounding the buildings. When I checked in, Abigail, the Guest Receptionist, was a very busy girl, but she handled it very well, and all guests were assigned a room, and was checked in quite quickly. There is a beautiful outdoor pool, but at this time, it was empty. I don't know if there us some work in progress, or if it is not open yet. My room was a large double queen, on the ground floor. It contained an easy chair, a three drawer console supporting a flat screen TV, a good size work station and a large sink counter, outside the bathroom. The room was tastefully decorated, and all fixtures , and wall hangings modern, and pleasing to the eye. The queen bed was comfortable, and gave a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a choice of cereals, sweet rolls, fresh fruit juices, and hot coffee. All in all, I found that it provided good quality, for the money......Jerry....Paris...Ontario...Canada

Stayed here on way home from Florida very nice and clean has been redone great place if your are travelling with your pet staff was very friendly and welcoming restaurants close by in walking distance we will be staying here again in the fall

First, a 25 minute wait to check in because only one clerk, no other staff on duty. Noise just outside my door until after 1 AM. O"ther guests didn't care about those sleeping. In the AM, the latch on my door locked me out and I was unable to get in. No manager on duty in AM, no maintenance, nor any idea of how to get one. "Unable to get back in room. Told manager was called, but no response from her/him, and if i waited for an hour, I could probably speak to a manager. I couldn't wait. A ride was coming for me in 15 minutes. To then told I should call back later in the day, that my items would be retrived from the room IF someone could get in the room, but I would need to call back because the manager would NOT call me. I could return later in the day to retireve my belongings. Since i had no car, how do I get back (about 15 miles) to get my belongings? Had to pay someone $10 to drive me, missing part of my conference. Lighting is so dim in these rooms that you need to take additional lighting with you.TV remote didn't worik, and changing channels on the TV was next to impossible with the manual buttons on the set. Shower was nice, but that's about it. Having stayed at multiple RRI's over the years, i've never had any issues. This property sucks, though, mostly due to poor management, lack of staff, and lack of customer service. They absolutely do not care about their guests. I sent a detailed email to RRI about all the issues, and corporate never even had the courtesy to reply. Customer service at this property sucks big time. Stay elsewhere - aat a place where they care.
