New Years Eve and birthday celebration

We had a great time in Toledo. So much to do that is cheap or free. Angie was amazing and very helpful. The room was nice, clean and safe. Many food options and things to do right by hotel which was very convenient for us not so used to city directions

Couldn't get out of there fast enough . . .

My husband and I stayed at this Red Roof Inn location as it was a good stopping point on our way out east. Upon our arrival as I went into the main offie to check-in I noticed two women, both employees, unmasked and not physically distancing talking to one another. As soon as they saw me, one covered her mouth and nose with her t-shirt and the other ran to get her face mask and went behind the shield that was at the check-in counter. The women that got her mask apologized saying she had just started her shift (which in my mind is not a reason to not be wearing a mask). After checking in we made our way to our accommodations for the evening. One thing we noticed as we drove to our room was that those guests that were out didn't appear to be wearing masks either. Upon entering our room, we were hit with an odor. It did not seem like a clean room to either myself or my husband. After our visit my husband, who typically has lower standards for motels and hotels agreed that this Red Roof Inn location was definitely a bad seed and that there are definitely better Red Roof Inn locations than this one. Before entering leaving in the morning I went back to the main office to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed to do to check out. The same woman that didn't have a mask on when I checked in was still there, without a mask, and this time didn't bother to even put one on. If you are someone that believes in wearing a mask I recommend you not book a room at this Red Roof Inn. Even if you are okay with not wearing a mask, it was not cleanly at all and recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

I loved it

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very affordable and spacious. Shaylee and Jamie were excellent, both of these ladies and there staff went above and beyond the call of duty. They helped me with room keys, faxing and any other needs that I had during my stay. I believe these ladies and there staff are great. The rooms are clean, the water pressure is great and the attitudes of the staff are fantastic. I wanted to wish both of these ladies and the staff luck in the future.

A very accommodating hotel very clean. Staff is very helpful. Stay here almost every weekend. Would highly recommend. The manager Jamie is very helpful. They let pets stay for free which is another reason I stay here.

Service

The service is excellent, very helpful for any needs. The hotel is clean and assisted us with anything that we had to request such as toiletries and extra towels. The hotel has a fish cleaning station and is a great location to to access the maumee river. Jamie P. is very helpful to set up our reservations for the next coming weeks.
