Nasty and Disgusting

Nasty uncleaned room. Stain on the wall and their was poop in the toliet when I entered the room that a relative had to flush. Disgusting. Came in late and were tired so just slept on top of sheets as only one night. Front desk employee did not have a mask on during covid which is extremely unacceptable to be dealing with the general population not wearing a mask. Room not RediCleaned as stated on Red Roof website.

First, the Front Desk person was not wearing a mask. Second, upon check-in he was a bit gruff, but ok. We went to our room and it was clean and ok. We booked for two nights. We returned the second day after working all day. The room was not cleaned and no new towels. I went yo the front desk to find out why the room was not cleaned, he rudely pointed to a sign saying they no longer clean rooms on overnights. We talked to the cleaning lady and she said. Because things were stolen from rooms they no longer clean for overnights. Sounds like an employee problem. Needles to say we packed up and left. No refund for the second night he said too bad.

Always A fantastic Stay at Red Roof Inn (Corporte Circle)

I have been a frequent guest at Red Roof Inn Corporate Circle Harrisburg PA. All of my stays have been fantastic. The room is always clean and most important the staff treat you like you are family. Sue at check is friendly and courteous and always handles check in fast. If I happen to arrive early she will do her best to accommodate my early arrival. Karyn is also wonderful...so pleasant and friendly and goes out of her way to make my stay enjoyable The cleaning staff is awesome and smiling and friendly and always accommodationg if I need extra towels. Joanna, the General Manager is absolutely one of the best General Managers of any hotel I have stayed at and I have traveled all over the world. Always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to make sure my stay is the best. Since I stay there often I had an upcoming reservation I had made thru a third party online company that the reservation could not be cancelled. I was on my way to the hotel from out of town and had an extreme life or death situation happen with a family member. I called Red Roof and Joanna answered they phone and I explained my situation and Joanna was so thoughtful, kind, and genuinely caring that she said not to worry about my reservation that everything would be ok. Now thats customer service that you dont often find at hotels. Joanna is a shining example of professionalism and truly cares about her quests. Joanna and her staff are absolutely wonderful and I recommend anyone to stay at the Red Rood Inn North Corporate circle, Harrisburg, PA. Always a wonderful experience for me and I would stay at no other place in Harrisburg.

Dirty and roaches

Stayed here a few years ago, had a great experience. Figured we'd stay again as it is pet friendly and a great price. Upon entering room there was a bit of an odor, like an old funky mop smell, but it went away after leaving and entering the room a few times. As I started to settle in, I noticed the tub was filthy with some stain that looked like old puke or blood, not sure what it was. But the worst part is that I have killed 2 roaches so far. I'm here with my son, and am just trying to make it through the night and praying I can cancel my 2nd night because I do not want my son sleeping in this place one more night. I feel like a bad mom. I cant sleep! 😔

We are right now. We stop in our way to SC. It is cheap but it is dirty, there's a garbage smell in the corridors,the stairs are disgusting, the floor of the room is not clean. The only good was the comfortable bed. First time and last time in a Reed Roof.
