Terrible Customer Service!!!
I would never stay at this Red Roof Inn in Hermitage PA. I had a reservation on May 11, 2020, while moving cross country for essential work as a federal government employee. I was traveling with 3 cats and 1 dog and arrived to the Red Roof Inn to find it closed due to COVID with NO notification from management. Luckily I found a hotel a few miles down the road that accepted pets. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged on July 1, 2020, for a stay that never happened, and after two phone calls to the Red Roof Inn to correct, they still have not reversed the charge as of July 14, 2020.
