Nice hotel, don’t be fooled by the dated look on the outside. The inside is nice, the receptionist was so sweet! The price is great. Right off of 95 so super easy to get back on the move. Definitely would stay again if needed.

My family and I had the most amazing experience. The personnel and owner did welcome us with smile and looking to fit our needs. We have 3 dogs and we did not pay any fees for pets, pets are allow for free.the room we stay spotless super clean. And, next morning we woke up late to eat breakfast but breakfast hours was over however, they still open the breakfast area for us to eat. thanks Red Roof for so amazing experience!!!

We were travelling home from Florida and all the local hotels were full. This was the only hotel that had any rooms left. Now we know why!! First indication was that you could only speak through a vent in a glass window to check on a room. To make a long story short - we were given a room at the very back of the hotel that was a smoking room. We did not ask or were not asked what type of room we wanted. Weren't even given a key - someone from the office came and opened the door and we requested a key which was delivered later. Room was not nice at all although the sheets and the bed seemed to be clean. Had two beds in the room and one of them didn't even have the pillows in pace just thrown on the centre of the bed. Bathroom was terrible and had not been cleaned. Tub had hair in it and dirt. There was a fridge in it and we opened it and it wasn't working but someone had placed a bag of ice in the freezer and it had melted all over the fridge. We played around with it til we go t it working. No remote for the tv. Breakfast was available, however we certainly didn't partake although the lobby area was a little nicer and cleaner. We complained and were given a discount on our room and a coupon for a discount at another Red Roof hotel int he future but needless to say we were quite turned off this brand. The desk clerk said that there had been a lot of damage to the hotel the previous fall and a lot of flooding during a hurricane and they were trying to redo the rooms that were damaged with a small staff and the cleaning people were helping but that does not excuse the condition of the room. My husband said he would have rather slept in the car. Of note - there were several other hotels off the previous exit on I 95 and they were actually quite scary with the people hanging around and the condition of the buildings. Will probably make sure we do not have a stop in this state on our next trip.

I stay at red roof inns all the time because I have a pet. Unfortunately this is one of the worst ones I have been to. I was caught in a severe thunderstorm and decided to pull off the road and get a room for the night rather than push forward in the rain. I found that even with my ready rewards card that the price for this room was very high. I checked into the room and went to dinner and wish I would have checked it out further before paying and checking in. The bedding had burn holes in it The furniture was beat up. This Room needed a deep cleaning. The worst part is I could hardly turn on the faucet because it was broken and leaking and there was no sink stopper in it therefore I had to be very cautious about my toiletries that they did not go down the drain. I checked into the hotel and they never gave me the Wi-Fi password I found an inconvenience that I had to call the front desk for it. This place is very beaten very expensive my recommendation is to move onto another location.

The room was clean but needed a good number of updating touches and repairs. Therewas a missing bar in the tub/shower, a patched hole in the tub/shower wall, the heat lamp didn't work, and the exterior exposed underside of the roof and "carport" areas were missing panels. The breakfast was okay and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Although there were signs posted that the property was undergoing renovations, I believe the owners should have started with the most obvious, things seen from the street like the missing panels and then either address the need for a new tub/shower or take the room out of service until it is presentable. Considering this, I feel Hotels.com should not have offered this property for consideration because once you book online, their policy clearly states they do not offer refunds!
