Clean rooms,staff was helpful and professional!
We drove 12 hours! Arrived at our hotel we had booked on line. Dirty room etc. We left that hotel at midnight due to the bad conditions. Tired, hungry and no hotel, we drove around until we could find a hotel at midnight. We stopped at Red Roof Inn. They had a room! Clean, nice staff from the desk clerk to the housekeeping staff!! 😁💗 P.S. The pool was beautiful,clean and well taken care of! Thank you so much!! Tracie Sharp Lancaster, Ohio
Average says it all
I really don't have much to say. It was average at best. The room was clean from what I could tell but it definitely didn't have any frills. I didn't spend much time in the room, but if I did would want more in terms of comfort. The reception desk was pleasant both times I interacted with them.
It was ok for a night.
This location is close to the airport and OK for 1 night. Room was clean, shower great. The website we booked from mentioned a continental breakfast which was NOT available during our stay in January. Pets are allowed and there was a table set up in the lobby with coffee and hot chocolate. Great for a night but not sure we’d stay much longer.
Terrible Stay
My wife and I stayed here on vacation the week of Labor Day in Sept. 2018. We had actually been staying at this hotel each year for several years, but never again. During our most recent stay we found out that the pet policy had changed to just one pet per room from 2 pets per room, which was a real big problem for us since we didn't know until we got there with our two dogs. So when we arrived we had to put one dog up in a kennel. Luckily, there was an affordable kennel in the area with one spot open. Unfortunately, this wasn't the only problem we had the mattress we slept on was the worst thing I had ever slept on. There were dips and lumps all in it. After staying there for 3 nights we could not take it anymore so we checked out. On our day of check out I lifted up the covers on the bed to find out that instead of a king bed which we had paid for there were two double beds pushed together with sheets and blankets on top to disguise it to look like a king bed. I was able to get most of my money back since we had originally paid in advance for a seven night stay, but this was a horrible experience to say the least.
Key failure
After leaving my room.30 mins after check In.gotta have key re activated.it was to close to credit cards in my wallet..nut never in my wallet. Told to wIt I. Line twice. Ot the worst place I've stayed.but far from the best

Pet Policy: One family pet not to exceed 80 pounds is permitted at no additional charge. Pet must be declared during registration and kept on a leash when outside guest room. Pets must never be left unattended in the guestroom and when you walk your pet please clean up after your pet.
