I'm here now.
Immaculately clean room - thank you Susan. Front desk clerk Christy was the best! Greeted me with a smile and informed me that I was not going to arrive until tomorrow. Oops! Here I am today. She saw I was a senior (no elevators on this property) and found a room on the first floor for me - at the senior discount - and I don't have to move after one night. Later tonight, she fixed a computer problem for me. This is the kind of service, quick problem identification and fix, with a smile and a good patter that makes Red Roof my favorite chain. ckjones Chesterland, Ohio
Worst hotel motel ever
Stayed one night. I didn’t want to stay that long. Heat wasn’t working properly. 30 mins after being in the room, I had someone walk in on me. He had a key card to my room. Then again at 1:30!am another tried to enter my room. The front office did nothing!!!! First time said they couldn’t find my reservation. The second time nothing. The room was very small with a king bed. I do believe a cell has more room. Witnessed drug deals going down. Again nothing from the front office. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!!
Nice hotel for the price
We were driving to Nashville on our 10-hour drive and needed some place to sleep for 2 nights. Excellent and clean accomodations, would recommend to passersby. Relatively far from downtown ('bout 15 min).
Meh
Stopped here for just one night. Rochelle checked us in and she was so friendly and informative. She really was great and she was pretty much the only good thing about our stay. The floors were sooo dirty. Our socks were literally almost black. The shower had black stuff on the floor and around the bath faucet, it was all rusted. All in all, the shower was just gross to look at. My plans of taking a shower went quickly out the window. However, the beds were clean and comfy and the TV was nice and had a big selection of shows. For the price, I dealt with it because I got a good deal but I did cancel my two upcoming reservations and switched to the La Quinta down the street for a few more bucks a night. Disappointing as I’ve had good experiences in the past with Red Roof.
Just OK
Like all hotels in or near Nashville, this one is overpriced, especially on a Saturday night. Especially considering it 's a motel, has no pool, and doesn't offer breakfast. The property is dated. There appears to have been some remodeling, and the towels were surprisingly nice, but it needs more remodeling. But in our Superior King room, they left us ONE bath towel for TWO registered guests. The WIFI is horrible - could never get it to connect for more than a minute or two. The room was mostly clean, but I did find a few bugs. We were in the back building and the landscaping rocks around the parking lot were full of beer bottle caps and cigarette butts. We were on the 2nd floor on the room beneath us on the 1st floor spent most of the night standing outside their room by their truck drinking beer. Based on the caps and broken glass all over the property, this seems to be a common practice. I would not stay here again, and still have no idea what the PLUS meant because I didn't notice anything extra.
