Located off the Pigeon Forge Parkway, our inn is less than a five-minute walk to many attractions including the Comedy Barn Theater, Fast Tracks Amusement Park and The Island of Pigeon Forge.

We offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV with the NBA Pass available. Microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, flat screen TV and work desk in all rooms. Choose a free breakfast option (7:30AM–9:30AM daily) of a voucher for a free hot pancake breakfast at the nearby Reagan's House of Pancakes or free Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee in the lobby. Guests can relax in the outdoor pool with kiddie pool (open April – September, weather permitting). On-site cafe is also available with food and refreshments. paid in advance 7 days day 3 eaten by fleas for 3 days I asked to get the room sprayed we marked the sheets... they including manager said they sprayed and changed linens lol. day 6 I went again to ask about spraying the manager tony called me with attitude told me I got bitten elsewhere then I said im not a liar you are you never changed the sheets I was told I had 45 min to get out even tho I paid or I would be arrested for trespassing DONOT GO THERE

Average is a perfect summary

Our stay went well, no real complaints but when the rating goes from "average" to "very good" I feel like I have to pick average. The room was nice - the shower curtain smelled a little weird. Not like I purposefully sniffed a shower curtain but I inadvertently did and it wasn't pleasant. There was only one trash can liner in the trash can by the bathroom and there might ought to be a couple at the bottom for those of us that collect more trash than others. I asked for an extra blanket when we got there and she had to hunt one down. She said if they have extras that they are usually in one area but I would have thought since it was off season, blankets would be the least of the concerns but she was able to find me one so I was glad of that. The pet area is pitiful. There's a little strip of grass to the side. I know there's nothing to be done about it but thought it worth mentioning. My girl likes to see what there is to see and unfortunately, there's not much room to do that in. But it's a place for her to go to the bathroom and I'm grateful they're pet friendly. The beds were very firm - "hard as a brick" as my mom described it. MY biggest "issue" was the breakfast. The breakfast included with your stay is three pancakes - not a very well rounded breakfast but it's "free". You can look at a menu and buy something off that or you can upgrade to the buffet for $5, which is what we did and it was kind of a waste. The food was edible but mediocre. The pancakes were tough, the french toast had no taste and were tough, the eggs were okay, the potatoes are the only things I would state as being good, and I'm glad they had fruit but I would rather the fruits that are available be served whole. I don't like that they pre-cut the fruit. I'd rather open it myself and that way I know it hasn't been sitting out for hours. And the drink that you get with your breakfast is coffee, tea, or soda. You'd think they could manage juice as any other hotel I've stayed at that has breakfast included has apple and orange juice on tap. The options for toppings for your pancakes/french toast are many though so that's a plus. Obviously very serious about my breakfast. When the lady asked how our meal was, my mom said "Okay" and the lady asked what was wrong with it and that they can't fix the problem if they don't know what it is. The food is just okay. It's not BAD but it's not GOOD either. "Make it better"? Maybe this review will help. If none of these things bother you, you'll be alright. It's cheap and right in the middle of everything. Not like we went to anything on the strip but it was a place to stay that allowed doggos.

Myself, a senior citizen, and my friend, also a senior citizen, and caregiver to her 87 year old mom , were on a two day getaway to go to Dollywood. . Rooms and availability were at a minimum . We were paying a very high rate for only an ok hotel ($324 for two nights at a Red Roof inn). While we were at Dollywood,, we got an emergency call that her mom fell, broke her leg and would have emergency surgery at 7 am the next morning in Calhoun, Ga.. We immediately returned to our hotel and checked with front desk to see if we could get a credit for our last night, so we could drive that night and be there for surgery. He was very cordial but said he'd have to call his manager. The manager would not refund last night, nor any portion of it. We asked about transferring to the Red Roof Inn in Calhoun, Ga, and they would not even consider it. We couldn't afford to pay a high rate there, and rent another hotel in Calhoun, Ga. We were forced to stay there and leave early the next morning . What kind of customer service, or compassion is this??? We told them we could have the hospital verify the information, but they did not care. If you stay here and have an emergency, you'll be on your own!!! What happened to the days when people cared about others during an emergency??? Life is not all about the almighty dollar!!

We stay here 2 to 3 times a month as we no longer live in the area but still have family in the area. Jason and Stephen always go above and beyond accommodating our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and our dog is treated like family. This is always our first choice when we come to the Smokey Mountains.

This place is in dire need of an update. The room we were assigned had mold on the ceiling. The ac/heating unit stayed on constantly and the only way to shut it was to unplug it. When we asked for a different room, the guy at the front desk had a bad attitude and said he will send someone to look at our room. The man who came to the room said we should get a different room. I informed him he was inspecting the room because the guy at the front desk sounded like he didn't want us getting another room. The man inspecting the room said he will speak to the front desk guy. We were finally moved to another room after a couple of hours. I will not stay in this hotel again.
