Excellent Value - Clean Rooms

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting friends. One of the nicer budget hotels I’ve been to, Terry at the front desk was awesome and accommodating. The rooms were clean and up to date, and the location was great. A lot of restaurants and bars close by. Will definitely stay again in the future when visiting.

Another great stay! Clean, comfortable, cheap.

I use this hotel when flying out of DFW because of the convenient location. It is pretty consistent, always clean, comfortable and affordable. You can walk in and get the best rates without having to book weeks ahead. All I can ask for is a clean and safe room for in the $50's and thats what this is every time. Set your expectations accordingly and you will have a great stay. The shuttle service is a bonus and Denny's onsite is extremely convenient as there is not many other restaurants within a walk or quick drive. I will be back.

Worst hotel ever

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life would never go there again building is old and broken down the service there is horrible the rooms are disgusting they had to change my room three times because two of them the heater did not work. Also the door didn’t work tried to asked to cancel the reservation and they didn’t want to cancel it. prepare yourself if you take the shuttle it will take you a hour to get to the hotel. Also the shuttle drivers are very rude and the shuttle is a broken down little bus Dirty and disgusting

Where are your standards?

Amazing attitudes from the front desk personnel, but I do not think these folks or ANY managers have been outside the front desk. Our room was a smoking room but had butts from previous guest all over. Who holds the housekeeping to a higher standard there? What appeared to be a prostitute parked her nasty car in front of my door daily and walked across the street to “work”. Does security not question vehicles that are there day after day? Do they even have security? We had some kind of commotion going on above us with nasty mouth females hanging over the edge all hours of the night just cussing up a storm. I’ve stayed at other RRI’s before but have never been this disappointed in a stay. I was told when making the call they had a full breakfast. After getting there they told me Denny’s in the lot was a full breakfast. I gave this a 2 and not a 1 because as a combat veteran, I’ve been to a 1 in the Middle East. This just barely makes a 2.

A trip to remember...

A guy's trip to remember.....a friend booked this motel for a quick nights stay before catching a flight. I wondered what else we might catch...? Upon arrival, we first noticed the active night scene which consisted of streetwalkers, dope slingers, and generally unsavory characters. After throwing caution to the wind and parking my truck as if I were playing darts blindfolded, we ventured into the dark to find our room. One particularly attentive gentleman overheard our search for our room and pointed us to the other side of the building. Despite suspecting a trap we followed his suggestion and located our room immediately next door to an inebriated half naked man who looked like he was ready for a celebration or a fist fight. After fortifying the door with any movable furniture it was time to assess the room. I had seen worse, so I tried to remain optimistic. The absence of narcotics paraphernalia was reassuring. This optimism was short lived however as I heard my friend call out from the bathroom. We were both surprised to see that a prehistoric cockroach had escaped from Jurassic Park and had claimed this room as his territory. The urge to urinate eventually motivated us for battle and we were victorious. Sleep beckoned and fatigue had diminished our standards. Covid was the least of our worries. Aside from the distinct possibility of catching an STD from the beds, the comfort level was equivalent to a park bench. The sounds of the night were as I would imagine sleeping in the jungle would be, almost soothing and unnerving at the same time. Nevertheless I did sleep. If sparce amenities and dilapidated lodging are what you are looking for then the forty something dollars are well spent here. I suspect, however, that next time I'll make my own reservations,.... at a Holiday Inn perhaps.
