Worst stay ever!!!!

Worst stay ever!!! Upon arriving there I was not given the rooms I paid for but after traveling all day we stayed when we got in the room there was stains all over bedding roaches crawling out from everywhere not to mention the amount of blood stains through out the room. Also black modeling in the bathrooms. We went to take showers after being at seaworld all day and there was no hot water went to the front desk and the lady told my husband the whole building was without hot water. That was the worst stay ever do not recommend at all..

During my stay here... I have to say and warn others of the terrible experience that I had while visiting San Antonio for a good friends funeral. Upon entering the lobby, as if by complete disregard of the 100% smoke free sign which is clearly posted.. and disregard to the current covid-19 pandemic. There was a strong scent of marijuana and smoke, and attendant's at the front desk had NO MASK. Since we were tired of a long day of travel and grief we decided to call it a night and take a chance at the room. As we entered the elevator a stranger was in the lobby smoking watching us closely in an inappropriate manner. THE ROOM: I dont believe hotel management does regular housekeeping as both beds were completely soiled with dirt and stains, there were no towels and dirt and roaches on the bathroom floor. No remote control to the TV,  no door latch for extra room security (completely broken off). And to top it off the heating/cooling system was not functional.  So we asked for a new room as it was a cold night. Upon trading rooms, the 2nd was also lacking a clean house kept environment.  One bed was completely undone. Not washed and clean, there were no curtains on the window, no remote(again). Open packets of soap and no towels(again). We had to hang a blanket on the window for privacy and although we requested a room with a working heater it was also out of order so too tired to fuss, we called it a night. At around 3 am I was rudely awakened as another guest had the keycard to our room and briskly attempted to enter, luckily this room had the security latch and I was able to warn the room was not vacant. Upon looking through the peephole it was also blotted out with a blue sharpie, which was scary. In the morning, as I pulled the shower curtain open black womens underwear fell to the floor. I do not reccomend staying here to anyone, not even for a one night stand. Steer clear and you've been warned.

Had a very unpleasant stay at this motel. Front desk named Priscilla was very rude. She had no manners whatsoever, boasting to another employee about her sexual encounters with her manager Raymond and how she would get free room and many other privileges because of it. This motel is more of a sanctuary for homeless people and druggies. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Do not recommend this motel to anyone.
