Totally Disgusting!

IF "Budget" means "Low Class and Filthy", then they have that correct. VERY low! We checked in late at 11:30pm. Once we pulled in the parking lot, we knew it didn't look good. People drinking, partying and smoking drugs on the balconies at 11:30pm?. Then after we unloaded all our luggage, when we checked, our bed sheets had dried blood on them, the room smelled like a toss up of filth and cigarette smoke, and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. We called the front office to ask about having staff member come and put new bedding on, and the (very rude) receptionist told us to come to the office and get new sheets and change them ourselves! Needless to say, at midnight, on a Friday night, we had to spend an hour calling around to locate a different hotel that could accommodate us. Thankfully, We did! And we were glad to see this low class crop hole in our rear view mirror. Take my advice. Find a different place to stay.

Before I begin, I want to make sure that you know that the front drsk people were great! Now, the website is built to make you think this hotel is stellar, look closer when you get there, walk around before committing. The "100% Smoke Free" is not true. The room reeked of smoke, people were smoking outside rooms, and I found Cigarette Butts under my bed. The Housekeeping staff should be spot checked or fired as they are obviously oblivious or don't care. There were stains on the bedspread and the carpeted floors had God knows what on them. The exterior looked old and had what appeared to be Termite damage along the upstairs rails and stairs. Along with that, there were a few beer bottles laying around, Cigarette Butts litering the property and enough conversation (good and bad) to make you think they were filming Live PD outside. Furthermore, when I asked for new towels, there was apparently a shortage as I had to bring down my used towels so they could wash more. Anyway, I would never choose to stay here again and will scratch "Red Roof Inn" off any future hotel stay!

We booked this hotel and upon checking into the room we immediately knew we could not stay here. The room had an odd, stale odor and the sheets on one of the beds were stained. To make matters even worse, we asked for basic amenities (a fridge and microwave) and were told that all of the rooms with these items were sold out. We stayed just long enough to book a room elsewhere (which was difficult considering it’s Labor Day weekend). During check out, they charged us a night—seriously?? After the condition of this room, how could you charge anyone for this level of inconvenience? Please save yourself the trouble of having to file a complaint with BBB (current situation).

The AC barely worked - we had to use a plastic spoon to keep the vent facing up so it cooled the room and not the bed. The fridge wasn't cold at all and kept our drinks just above room temperature. The bathroom door and dresser was dirty like someone spilled a liquid and it splashed and no one cleaned it. The cable only worked half the time, for example the tv guide channel would say that maybe 48 was history channel and it was playing one show but 48 was really travel channel playing another show. The shower itself had a broken wall. Honestly, the motel that was stopped at on the side of the road on the way home that we paid less money for was nicer.

Last Minute Reserve

Doing a bus run and there was a mishap with our previous res at another hotel and so we booked this last minute. It’s your average hotel that has been through a remodel sometime ago but is in need of another and more intensive cleaning training. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I’m not a nit picker but there were some things that I saw that threw me off a little Last couple of pics show hair from a previous stay in tub and sink, stains on outermost sheet
