Q: Do you only offer rooms on a weekly basis?

A: No, guests are free to choose the flexible pricing that works for them. We offer flexible daily, weekly, or monthly rates with advance purchase and pay upon check-in options.

Q: Do I have to pay for Wi-Fi access?

A: No, free high-speed Wi-Fi is included in your booking. Internet access is available for any device that is Wi-Fi enabled. For easy access:
  • 1. Connect to the wireless network named “HomeTowne”
  • 2. Open your web browser*
  • 3. Follow the on-screen instructions
  • If you are still unable to connect, please refer to the magnet on your refrigerator for the internet provider’s customer support phone number.

Q: What time is the laundry center open?

A: The laundry center is open daily 7am - 11pm via secured keycard access. Some properties allow after-hours access via keycard. Please contact your local property for full operating hours.

Q: Is HomeTowne pet friendly?

A: At this time, we do not permit pets at our properties. We know this is important to you and are working through this. Assistance Animals are always permitted and must be declared at check-in.

Q: Does HomeTowne allow service animals?

A: Yes, Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals that provide assistance to guests with disabilities are welcome at all HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof properties. Assistance Animals are always permitted and must be declared at check-in.

Q: Do you provide kitchen utensils, cups, etc.?

A: We know that not all guests will cook meals in their rooms. In order to offer a low, budget-friendly price for our rooms, kitchenettes do not come equipped with cooking equipment. For a low fee of $29.95 plus tax, you may purchase a convenient dish kit at the front desk. This includes plates, bowls, glasses and coffee mugs for 2; 1 fry pan; 1 saucepan with lid; silverware for 2; pancake turner; large spoon and a can opener. The dish kit is yours to keep even after you leave. A coffee pot is also available for purchase from the front desk.

Q: What other fees are there?

A: All bookings are subject to local taxes. Some properties may charge a small deposit upon check-in. Please contact your local property to inquire about additional fees.

Q: What is RediRewards?

A: RediRewards is our loyalty program where you can earn points toward free nights and plenty of products in Red Roof’s online catalog. It’s completely free to join and is just our way of saying “thanks” for continually showing the love. Learn more here.

Q: What toiletries are provided?

A: Your room will include bath soap upon check-in and replenished during weekly cleaning. Hair dryers are not provided, so plan to bring your own if needed.
